This 90-minute class is for all ages and abilities including athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and those recovering from injuries. We focus on creating fluidity and ease in the body through articulation of the spine and joints, focused breathing, variable movement rhythms, and visual and vestibular neural integration. A large portion of the class is performed seated on stools, making it a wonderful option for those who are unable to stand for long periods of time. Balance work is included in each class. You’ll leave this class feeling invigorated, with greater mental clarity but with a sense of calm and ease.
